After a very interesting 2016, 2017 has arrived and brought with it all kinds of changes to our world. I gave birth to my son Leon, who has been the greatest gift this world has ever given me. The election season was rough for all sides and now times are uncertain at best. So let's all take a deep breath and celebrate the good things in life. To me that means COLOR! and lots of it.
I designed the collection 'Colorworld' while I was pregnant and I feel it encapsulates all of the hope and joy of becoming a mother. I just wanted to hark back to the things that made HOLST + LEE what it is, which is a refreshing, unique, colorful approach to the world. My beginnings are in art and my paintings are always colorful and that's how HOLST + LEE was born. I wanted to "paint" jewelry which is where the technique of wrapping colors came from. We've come a long way in the past years and every season brings with it new discoveries and expressions.
